Orientation & Walkthrough
We walk through the final details together.
As your home nears completion, we help educate you on the systems, features, and care of your new home so you feel confident from day one.

Closing & Beyond
Closing day is a moment worth celebrating.
On closing day, you receive your keys, step into your new Harbinger home.
But our relationship does not end at closing. After move-in, our Customer Care team is available for warranty support, questions, and guidance on home upkeep and maintenance.
