Once under contract, an appointment is scheduled within two weeks with our in-house design consultant. During this one-on-one meeting, selections are available to view and layout in our design center, making visualizing your new home and choosing your selections easy. As you decide upon the right finishes, materials, and colors, our team will help you consider your present and future lifestyle taking into account your family's daily activities, hobbies, work, traditions, and level of entertaining.
